  • Issues of introducing electronic signature (is there a unified system of personal identifiers (e-signatures), who is responsible for issuance, generation, who regulates cost? Is the Office using the signatures issued by the mobile operator?)

(who is responsible for maintaining rosters of property, registry of private individuals and companies, etc.? Are they open for access? Do they foresee opportunities for automatic “scraping” of data?)

  • Implementation of the Digital eID card and biometric passports
